Commercial Use

A flat commercial fee will be added to the total price if the artwork is to be used for commercial purposes. Fees vary on usage and number of units.○ A rough estimate would be:
~100% - 150% (this amount fluctuates based on the circumstance of the contract) of total illustration price for commercial use.

Terms and Conditions

I, AS THE ARTIST . . .○ I remain the rightful owner of the artwork○ I may post the artwork to my social media pages unless specifically requested not to.○ Maintain the right to turn down any commission.YOU, AS THE CLIENT . . .○ May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.○ MAY print your commission for personal use.○ MAY edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you to credit me for the piece.○ MAY post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.○ May NOT make a NFT from your commission.○ May NOT use my work as training data for any AI model.○ Should contact and discuss with me beforehand if you want to use my art commercially.

Commission Workflow

1. You will fill out the google form at the top/bottom of the page.2. I'll review your form and contact you with your listed contact info. We'll discuss your commission and I'll provide a quote/paypal invoice for the agreed commission.3. I will start on a sketch of the drawing and once it has been approved, I will request half the Paypal invoice to be paid before continuing with the process.4. Once first half or full payment is received, I'll begin on lineart and color and will provide regular updates along the process.5. After the final drawing is finished, I'll send a watermarked, smaller version and ask for the other half of the payment.6. After the payment is completed, I’ll send you the full size final image.6.5 If the artwork is used on your social media (profile pic, stream thumbnail, banner, etc.) please include credits to my social media :)

Payment

○ All prices are in USD○ Payment will be done via PayPal invoices.○ Invoice should be paid in full or half upfront after the sketch has been approved.○ No refunds on cancellations.
